Denby Free School Foundation A Church educational charity founded in 1728 The charity invites applications for funding from the following: 1. Persons under 25 who are resident in the Parish of Denby, or who attended the Denby Free Church of England (Voluntary Aided) Primary School, Denby Village, for a minimum of two years, may apply for financial assistance towards the cost of education by way of outfits, clothing, tools, instruments, books, and travel to prepare for entry into a profession, trade or calling. 2. Groups established in Denby and meeting the educational, social or physical needs of children and young persons who are resident in the Parish of Denby may apply for group funding. All grants are at the discretion of the Trustees and application forms can be obtained by email from denbytrusteesclerk@hotmail.com There are vacancies on the trustees for this charity. The trustees meet twice per year to consider applications for grants.
